CARBON COLLECTION

The chemical Element carbon is one of the few elements known to mankind since antiquity and is the basis of all known life. Its many derivatives have been used as the basis for this palette of 64 colours introduced into the Chromatone collection. These colours range from the various shades associated with charcoal and graphite as well as soil or peat of the Terra Preta which is naturally occurring organic matter located in the fertile conditions of the Amazon Basin. This range of 64 colours reflect a growing trend towards the use of earth colours associated with the naturally occurring element of carbon.
